If there’s something I really can’t part with in my makeup collection, it’s my custom eyeshadow palette. It’s my baby. I always move my eyeshadows around in this, depending on what I want for that day/month. I recently posted a picture on my Instagram of this custom palette and had a request to swatch these. So, let’s get started.

I put my eyeshadow singles in this Makeup Forever Empty palette, which feels like it’s made of metal. I thought this would be more sturdy, and it is also quite heavy.

The first row contains more lighter, one wash colors. I have written down the names where the eyeshadows are placed, and the actual eyeshadows are displayed at the top.

Among these, Rouge Bunny Rouge Bohemian Waxwing (bronzy champagne) is a stunning lid color, very chic. The Makeup Geek shadows in Starry Eyed and In the Spotlight have almost no difference on my skintone. Makeup Geek Prism is a beautiful white gold/pink duochrome which looks beautiful. Anastasia Pink Champagne is quite a unique color, quite pretty. Urban Decay Chopper is a gorgeous rose gold with flecks of silver glitter, very pretty. And the Natasha Denona shadows are the smoothest of these.

The second row has golden toned eyeshadows with some olive/green gold shades as well. We have Urban Decay Chase which is a light bronze . Makeup Geek Magic Act which is a white gold. Urban Decay Baked (golden bronze) and Smog (coppery bronze), some of my all time favorites. Rouge Bunny Rouge Abyssinian Catbird, which is a stunning bronze with some green shift. Ardency Inn Rose Gold, the perfect rose gold ever. And Natasha Denona singles.

The third row has mostly orangey, peach toned shades. We have Urban Decay Beware and Riff, both everyday matte shades, very blendable and buildable. Makeup Geek Grandstand which is a golden rose with bronze in it, quite beautiful. Makeup Geek Wildfire (pink with gold) and Hologram (pink with green) two gorgeous duochromes, these are SO pretty on the lids. Anastasia Beverly Hills China Rose, which is a gorgeous rosy peach, and Henna, coppery brown, also stunning. And lastly Makeup Geek Morocco, which is a gorgeous orange.

The fourth row has very interesting glitters or smoky shades. Urban Decay Space COwboy (beige glitter) and Diamond Dog (brown with white glitter). Anastasia Beverly Hills Metal, which is a very unique warm silver gold. Makeup Geek Daydreamer, a lavender. Rouge Bunny Rouge Delicate Hummingbird is a beautiful plum. Makeup Geek Charmed is a warm silver green. Ardency Inn Peacock is a stunning brown green and lastly Rouge Bunny Rouge Eclipse Eagle is a taupe grey brown.

My favorites out of these are the Urban Decay, Ardency Inn, Rouge Bunny Rouge (almost all of these are a repurchase for me, as I finished all the ones I bought previously) and Anastasia Beverly Hills eyeshadows. They are smooth, buttery and last really long. The Natasha Denona shadows are gorgeous but those set of shades are not my most used ones, as eyeshadow quality, they are beautiful, but they are extremely smooth, so they don’t stay on my lids for a whole day. The Makeup Geek eyeshadows – I love the duo chromes, they are stunning. And the one matte shade I’ve tried. The foiled shadows are beautiful, but I face the same problem as the Natasha Denona ones, inthat they are so smooth, they don’t stay on for long.

I hope you all enjoyed the swatches, let me know your favorites and if I need any other shadows. XO

This was awesome! Soooo many beautiful shades! MUG Wildfire really caught my eye, as well as the Ardency Inn Rosegold.

Great post! I bet this took so long to put together 🙂 I love your shade choices – I am surprised that I don’t own more of them. I definitely have a long wish list now!
